This is our most popular machine. It will handle any size cup or combination of cups that will fit into a 12″ paper width. The hole in the Ram slide is 8″. We have used this machine for many jobs from coffee filters, up to mounting a 3 up die for muffin cups with a 4-1/2 blank, by 1-15/16 bottom. It will run up to 60 strokes per minute. Cycle of machine per minute is based on a number of variables – i.e. (Heat, Dwell Time, Open & Closed Flare of Cup, Type of Paper, Moisture Contents of Paper, Number Sheets of Paper Per Nest, and Weather Conditions.) This machine can be furnished with any amount of rolls of paper from the back stand requested. The usual is a 30 roll back stand. The diameter of the rolls can be 30″ if necessary. This machine requires a floor space of about 8′ wide by about 50′ long, also allowing room for the operator and packer. This machine requires a 3-Horse Power motor with a voltage of your choice.
